I am proud to recognize Mr. Sherman Johnson a.k.a. Driver 404 as our May 2010 member of Steele’s V.I .P. Club.
Since joining our Staff in the Fall of 2000, Sherm has always stood out as a driver dispatchers can entrust with any task. The way that Sherman handles himself amongst his peers always gains their respect and also extends to outstanding customer relations, as he is often requested by customers.
Sherman also sets the bar high in the way that he cares for his truck, complete and tidy documentation of waybills, BOL’s and Driver Logbooks.
Sherman also has an outstanding Safety record with no lost time injuries and no At Fault accidents!
Sherman also does little things like managing the group lotto or bringing in some treats. He has also brought in some leads for new business which helps us to grow.
So although Sherman was nominated for this award by a peer, He would have been an easy pick for this award as he is truly one of our Gems!
